    <directions><div align="left"><ol><li>Peel and cut the potatos in small pieces</li><li>Wash and chop the methi leaves in small pieces</li><li>In a deep frying pan, add the oil and let it heat</li><li>Put the cumin seeds in hot oil</li><li>When cumin seeds become brown, add the potatos pieces and chopped methi leaves</li><li>Add the turmeric powder and salt</li><li>Add the garam masala powder and coriander powder </li><li>Cover the frying pan and let it cook for 5-10 mins on low flame<ol><li>If you have microwave oven, in place of cooking it on gas, you can also put it in a covered microwave container at 900W for 6.5 minutes</li></ol></li><li>You can see if it is cooked properly by  trying to pierce the potatos by a fork, it should not be hard at all</li><li>When ready,  you can garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.<br /></li></ol></div></directions>
