After blanching the spinach, cool it with cold water.</li><li>Dry the spinach by squeezing the excess water<br /></li><li>Chop the spinach in small pieces</li><li>Chop the green chilli</li><li>Mix spinach, green chilli, salt and corn flour</li><li>Grate the paneer and mix some salt in it.</li><li>Make 4 balls of this paneer</li><li>Flatten the spinach and wrap it around the paneer balls</li><li>Once you have spinch wrapped balls, fry them in oil at mild flame.</li></ol><u><strong>Gravy</strong></u><br /><ol><li>Take onion, tomato, black cardamom, garlic, ginger, water and make fine paste in a food processor</li><li>Heat oil in a frying pan, add cumin seeds to it</li><li>Add the paste to this pan</li><li>After the paste is cooked property (turns brown), add fresh cream and honey</li><li>Add some water and let it cook till the gravy is of right consistency</li></ol></div><div align="left"><u><strong>Finishing</strong></u></div><div align="left"><ol><li>Add the gravy to a flat microwave dish</li><li>Cut the spinach balls in half and add them to the gravy</li><li>Cook them in microwave for 3 minutes</li><li>The dish is ready and can be served with chapatis </li></ol></div></directions>
