Description

This recipe describes a kind of tomato soup.

Ingredients

  • 250 g tomato
  • 20 g celery
  • 1 sli ginger
  • 2 clv garlic
  • 3 c water
  • 1 T oil/ghee
  • 1 t fresh cream
  • 1 t cumin seeds
  • 1⁄2 t garam masala
  • 1 pn salt

Instructions


  1. Wash and Chop Tomatos, Celery Stems, Celery leaves, Garlic and Ginger
  2. Take tomato, celery stems, celery leaves, garlic, ginger, garam masala and salt in a pan with water and boil it approximately 20 minutes. Best way to make sure that it is boiled well by making sure that all the contents are completely mashed
    1. While the contents are being boiled, you can stir and mash them o make sure that they mix properly
  3. Once contents are boiled, use a strainer and strain the soup liquid
  4. In another frying pan heat some oil and put cumin seeds, when cumin seeds turn brown, add the soup liquid to that
  5. Soup is ready and it can be granished with fresh cream and served with breadsticks
