The dilapidated building in the picture is the chaudhary sweets (चौधरी मिष्ठान्न भंडार). His sweet made out of Melon Seeds (चिरोंजी की बर्फ़ी). It seems the sweets were so famous that Indira Gandhi would refuse to believe that somebody is from sagar if they did not bring this sweets.
